Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a particular processing period depending on the specific item.

Prior to shipping, we check the item thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will run out of stock even after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
